Abhijit Jawalekar is a qualified Company Secretary with a background in law and commerce. He has experience in MCA annual filings, company formation and closure, statutory compliances under the Companies Act and LLP Act, drafting board and AGM minutes, and handling registrations such as PF, ESIC, IEC, GST, FSSAI, and trademarks. He also brings expertise in e-filing of income tax and GST returns, contributing to governance and compliance functions.
